Deadlock hero pick rates and meta trends
This Hero Pick Rates page of Lock Builds contains all the data about the pick rates of different Heroes in Deadlock. For new players, this page shows how much a character is being picked in Deadlock matches.
You will find the pick rates for different heroes to be different in different ranks. That is because some heroes are more effective at low ranks while some are more viable at higher ranks.
How to use the pick rate data
Our advice would be to select your rank, check if the data is from the latest patch or not, and then see which heroes are being picked the most. The best strategy would be to master the Top 6 heroes appearing on the list.
So try playing with them as much as you can until you hit a new rank category. Then come back and repeat the process.
Pick rate is not the same as win rate
Also, make sure you check the Win Rates of the heroes appearing at the top. Just because a hero is being heavily picked doesn’t mean people are winning matches with them.
A lot of people often pick heroes just because they are fun to play, and not because they are the most broken in the game. A good example for this would be Rem, who has a whopping 62% pick rate, but only 45% win rate.
